Yes one more family from the House of Edgeworth. Well done family. We to have been home, have a small rock or two from the grounds. A few books and have some copy''s of papers in a hopes of learning more about past family.
Big gaps at George Noah Edgeworth(1877born ,Rome,Ga). His father-George Edgeworth.. This is my Gr.Grand Father Edgeworth. Family back to WWII Alb.
Thank You for your work and as I see overlap will call.

Mother Gaylor Blanche Murphy (teacher History of Clothing FSU) AL 1922- still in our family care and the same house we were grew up as kids. I have a original photo "plate" very clear my parents found of George holding a baby George Edgeworth with lots of family units Edgeworth and kin. Dad did a lot of study and copy of papers as he traveled to find our history.

Hello John Carl,
Here is some help on George Noah Edgeworth. First we go back to Nathaniel Edgeworth ( May 1789 - 1872). He had 11 children. His third child (and first son) was Richard Nathaniel Edgeworth (1821-1898). His fourth child was Lovell (1825-1870) my great, great grandfather. Richard Nathaniel married Nancy Ann Brewer (1827-1905) and had 10 children. The first child was George Nathaniel Edgeworth (1845-1921). George married Sarah Margaret Davis (1845-1918). They had five children, the second child (second son) was George Noah Edgeworth (Jan 18, 1877 - Aug 4,1942). He married Delila Irene "Dillie" Williams (1880 - 1954). They had one son that I can find a record of. He is Walton Edgeworth, born in 1905 in Monroe Mississippi.
Most of this information came from the "THOMAS Family History Site" on Ancestry.com. I have not had time to verify all of their tree but it looks pretty well researched with a lot of photos and headstones.
Hope this helps.
Your cousin,
Ray Allen Edgeworth
